4. Return Process

- Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, Refunds or exchanges will be processed within [X business days] of receiving the returned item. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider. If product is not eligible for a return/exchange based on the criteria mentioned in point 1, we will let you know and we will ship back the product to you once you pay shipping and handling cost.
